- / Financial Controller Financial Controller - Amsterdam - Full-time - Associate Duty free, luchthavens, miljoenen reizigers en cijfers die er écht toe doen. Als Financial Controller bij Capi-Lux combineer je financial control met business control. Je zorgt dat de financiële basis klopt, van maandafsluitingen en aangiften tot een betrouwbare administratie. Daarnaast vertaalt je cijfers naar inzichten die direct bijdragen aan betere beslissingen voor onze airportlocaties, marges en groei. Je werkt in een Finance team met een Finance Director, zes controllers en zes administrateurs. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Finance Director en schakelt dagelijks met Sales, commerciële teams en store managers. Korte lijnen, veel impact. Wat je gaat doen Je verzorgt de maand- en jaarafsluiting voor onze centrale inkoopentiteit (inclusief alle inkoop- en verkoopbonussen) en één of meerdere airportlocaties. - Je waarborgt de juistheid en volledigheid van balans en P&L. - Je analyseert maandelijks de financiële resultaten en vertaalt afwijkingen naar duidelijke inzichten voor de business. - Je stelt weekrapportages op zodat het management altijd beschikt over actuele cijfers. - Je verzorgt BTW‑aangiften en aangiften verpakkingsbelasting en dient deze tijdig in. - Je draagt bij aan forecasting en budgettering en denkt mee over de financiële koers voor de komende jaren. - Je verbetert en automatiseert financiële processen, waarbij je bijvoorbeeld AI inzet om repeterend werk slimmer te maken. - Je helpt de afdeling verder professionaliseren en ondersteunt junior controllers in hun ontwikkeling.
