We groeien toe naar een financiële functie die niet alleen zorgt voor een betrouwbare administratie, maar vooral ook voor tijdige, scherpe en toekomstgerichte stuurinformatie. Als Financial Controller speel jij hierin een belangrijke rol. Je krijgt de ruimte om initiatief te nemen, verbeteringen door te voeren en samen met collega's de financiële dienstverlening naar een hoger niveau te brengen. Dit is een functie waarin je niet alleen uitvoert, maar ook ontwikkelt, verbetert en adviseert. Wat ga je doen? Als Financial Controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor de maandafsluitingen van verschillende scholengroepen en werk je mee aan de financiële afsluiting van de totale organisatie. Je bent inhoudelijk sterk, houdt overzicht en weet wanneer je de diepte in moet en wanneer je juist het grotere geheel moet bekijken. Je kijkt verder dan de cijfers van vandaag. Je ziet waar processen slimmer, beter of efficiënter kunnen en neemt het initiatief om daar daadwerkelijk iets aan te doen. - Financiële afsluiting & rapportage: je voert de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen uit, bewaakt planning, kwaliteit en tijdigheid en zorgt voor heldere managementrapportages en analyses. - Inzicht & advies: je signaleert afwijkingen, vertaalt financiële ontwikkelingen naar concrete inzichten en adviseert Business Controllers, management en andere sta...
