Als Financial Controller regio Zedelgem combineer je een sterke accountancybasis met een analytische en adviserende rol binnen een groeiende KMO. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor het finance-team, neemt de verantwoordelijkheid over de afsluitingen en rapportering en duikt tegelijk in budgetten, forecasts, analyses en procesoptimalisaties. De functie inhoud Wat doe je als Financial Controller regio Zedelgem?

  • Je staat in voor maandelijkse financiële rapporteringen en analyseert onder meer omzet, brutomarges, EBITDA, kosten, voorraad, werkkapitaal en rendabiliteit.
  • Je vertaalt vanuit budgetten, forecasts en managementrapportering afwijkingen naar heldere inzichten en concrete adviezen voor het management.
  • De maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen neem je volledig in handen, inclusief de voorbereiding van interne jaarrekeningen en consolidaties.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en correctheid van btw, Intrastat, VAT refund en reconciliaties en ondersteunt waar nodig bij fiscale en vennootschapsrechtelijke vraagstukken.
  • Ook bij complexere boekhoudkundige dossiers steek je graag zelf de handen uit de mouwen en controleer je onder andere vaste activa, voorraden en loonboekingen.
  • Als eerste inhoudelijke aanspreekpunt voor het finance-team begeleid je collega's, deel je kennis en bouw je mee aan duidelijke processen en interne controles.
  • Procesoptimalisatie en digitalisering krijgen volop ruimte: je werkt mee aan de verdere uitbouw van Odoo, Bright Analytics en AI-tools.

Onze klant Als Financial Controller kom je terecht bij een groeiende en ambitieuze groep met het hoofdkantoor in Zedelgem en verschillende vestigingen in Vlaanderen. De organisatie combineert de dynamiek van een groeiende KMO met een vlakke structuur en korte beslissingslijnen. Je werkt rechtstreeks samen met de CFO en krijgt de ruimte om zelf initiatief te nemen en verbeteringen op poten te zetten. Je wordt bovendien onderdeel van een sterk finance-team waarin kennisdeling centraal staat. Geen logge structuur of eindeloze beslissingsprocessen, maar veel autonomie, verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om impact te maken. Herken jij jezelf als Financial Controller regio Zedelgem?

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Accountancy, Fiscaliteit, Finance of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring is belangrijk. Een stevige achtergrond in accountancy vormt een grote troef.
  • Analytisch denken zit in jouw DNA en je kijkt verder dan alleen de cijfers.
  • Je bent hands-on en bent niet bang om zelf in de cijfers te duiken wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je communiceert vlot en vindt het leuk om collega's inhoudelijk te ondersteunen.
  • Excel kent voor jou weinig geheimen.
  • Ervaring met een ERP-systeem is mooi meegenomen. Kennis van Odoo of Bright Analytics is een extra troef.
