Core responsibilities - Own ICT financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close activities. - Deliver timely, accurate management reporting, including variance analysis and KPI dashboards. - Partner with ICT leadership to evaluate business cases, ROI, and total cost of ownership (TCO) for initiatives. - Strengthen cost control, chargeback/showback models, and allocation methodologies. - Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and audit requirements. - Monitor CAPEX/OPEX, project financials, and vendor spend; identify savings and risk mitigation actions. - Support procurement and contract governance with financial due diligence and performance tracking. Required skills and experience - Financial controlling: budgeting, forecasting, close, variance analysis, and management reporting. - ICT/technology finance: understanding of software, infrastructure, cloud, licensing, and project delivery costs. - Business partnering: ability to influence stakeholders and translate financial data into decisions. - Governance: internal controls, audit readiness, and policy adherence. - Tools: advanced Excel; experience with ERP and BI/reporting tools. - Communication: clear reporting and presentation for senior management.
