Deine Aufgaben

* Im Controlling unterstützen Sie die Führungskräfte bei der wirtschaftlichen Steuerung der Dienstleistungen und Projekte durch:

* Begleitung des jährlichen Planungs- und Budgetierungsprozesses

* Erstellung monatlicher Reports

* Analyse von Berichtsergebnissen

* Beratung bei der Entwicklung von Steuerungsmaßnahmen

* Betreuung des Berichtswesens und Abrechnung für externe Fördergeber

* Mitwirkung und Abrechnung von Projekten

Dein Profil

* Einschlägiges betriebswirtschaftliches Studium bzw. Matura mit entsprechender Ausbildung und Erfahrung im Controlling

* Spaß mit Zahlen und komplexen Zusammenhängen - ausgezeichnetes analytisches Verständnis

* Begeisterung an der Entwicklung innovativer Lösungen, um trotz oft enger finanzieller Spielräume maximale Wirkung für unsere Kund*innen und Klient*innen zu erzielen

* Freude an partnerschaftlicher, multiprofessioneller Zusammenarbeit

* ausgezeichnete Excel Kenntnisse und versierter Umgang mit IT/Software-Tools (IGS/MTC Kenntnisse vorteilhaft)

* Eine selbständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestentgelt beträgt je nach Berufserfahrung und Anrechnung von Vordienstzeiten € 3.319,4 bis € 3.814,8 brutto bei Vollbeschäftigung (37 Wochenstunden). Je nach Verwendung werden Zulagen bezahlt.
