Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Mee ontwikkelen en implementeren van financiële strategieën en actieplannen.
  • Analyseren en rapporteren van financiële resultaten en KPI's.
  • Identificeren van financiële risico's en opportuniteiten.
  • Opvolgen en bewaken van de financiële prestaties ten opzichte van budgetten en doelstellingen.
  • Adviseren van management en verschillende afdelingen bij financiële beslissingen.
  • Ontwikkelen en verbeteren van interne controleprocessen.
  • Coördineren van budget-, forecast- en planningsprocessen.
  • Opstellen van financiële rapporteringen voor interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Toezien op een correcte en volledige maandafsluiting.
  • Garanderen van een correcte cut-off en representatieve rapportering van de maandresultaten.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in Finance, Accounting, Handelswetenschappen, Bedrijfskunde of een gerelateerde richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen controlling of een vergelijkbare financiële functie.
  • Ervaring binnen een productie- of industriële omgeving is een sterke troef.
  • Je beschikt over een stevige kennis van boekhouding, financiële rapportering en interne controles.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Ervaring met SAP is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk, kritisch ingesteld en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je combineert een hands-on mentaliteit met een strategische blik.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, discreet en oplossingsgericht.
