Een internationale technische dienstverlener gespecialiseerd in het optimaliseren en automatiseren van industriële processen. De organisatie biedt oplossingen binnen onder andere automatisering, elektriciteit, IT en industriële installaties voor verschillende sectoren. In België telt de organisatie ongeveer 900 medewerkers en maakt ze deel uit van een grote internationale groep. Om het financiële team verder te versterken, zijn ze momenteel op zoek naar een Financial Controller.

Financial Controller- Takenpakket:

  • Cordineren van de maand- en jaarafsluitingen, consolidatie en managementrapportering voor verschillende internationale entiteiten en business units, inclusief analyse van de financiële resultaten.
  • Uitbouwen van KPI-rapporteringen, financiële analyses en dashboards via onder andere Power BI en vertalen van cijfers naar heldere inzichten voor management, bestuur en aandeelhouders.
  • Ondersteunen van strategische financeprojecten, waaronder de integratie van overnames, investeringsanalyses, ERP-projecten en business reviews, met daarnaast begeleiding van junior collega's.

Financial Controller - profiel:

  • Masterdiploma in een financiële/economische richting.
  • Achtergrond in controlling, managementrapportering en financiële procesoptimalisatie, met goede kennis van Power BI/BI-tools, ERP-systemen en financiële data-analyse.
  • Teamplayer met een hands-on mentaliteit, die goed functioneert binnen een ondernemende omgeving en bereid is sporadisch internationaal te reizen.
