Je werkt zelfstandig en rapporteert aan een Group Controller, die verantwoordelijk blijft voor de groepsconsolidatie. Je zorgt voor een betrouwbare administratie, volledige afsluitingen en nauwkeurige rapportages. De functie combineert hands-on accounting, financial control, rapportage en procesverbetering. Bedrijfsomschrijving Onze opdrachtgever is een internationaal opererende organisatie binnen de maritieme en offshore dienstverlening, met activiteiten in Nederland en Zuid-Amerika. De organisatie heeft een ondernemende en informele cultuur, met directe communicatie, een relatief platte organisatiestructuur en veel vrijheid om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. Omschrijving - Beheren van de volledige dagelijkse financiële administratie van de Nederlandse entiteiten. - Beheren van de crediteuren- en debiteurenadministratie, bank mutaties en grootboek transacties. - Verantwoordelijk voor de maand- en jaarafsluiting. - Opstellen en verwerken van overlopende posten, voorzieningen, salaris journaalposten en mutaties in de vaste activa. - Opstellen van maandelijkse rapportage pakketten en toelichten van relevante afwijkingen. - Opstellen en onderhouden van volledige balans specificaties en reconciliaties. - Aansluiten van intercompany posities en oplossen van openstaande verschillen. - Ondersteunen bij budgettering, forecasting en cashflow planning. - Voorbereiden van btw-aangiften en ondersteunen bij verplichtingen rondom de vennootschapsbelasting. - Ondersteunen bij het opstellen van Nederlandse statutaire jaarrekeningen volgens Dutch GAAP. - Opstellen van volledige, gestructureerde en audit-ready dossiers....
