Je wilt CFO worden. Alleen niet door de komende acht jaar op dezelfde stoel te wachten tot iemand boven je vertrekt.

Je bent goed met cijfers.

Maar als we je vragen waar je over vijf jaar wilt staan, is je antwoord waarschijnlijk niet:

“Hopelijk maak ik dan nóg mooiere maandrapportages.”

Je wilt ondernemen. Beslissingen nemen. Bedrijven beter maken. Begrijpen waar geld wordt verdiend én waar het weglekt.

Misschien heb je zelfs al iets voor jezelf.

Wij zoeken onze Financial Controller. Misschien wel onze toekomstige CFO. Three85 is een ondernemende groep met verschillende bedrijven en ongeveer €10 miljoen omzet.

En we groeien.

Daarom zoeken we niet iemand die alleen onze cijfers netjes houdt.

We zoeken iemand die eerst grip op de cijfers pakt, daarna helpt sturen op die cijfers en uiteindelijk misschien wel de financiële koers van de groep bepaalt.

Je komt in loondienst, krijgt verantwoordelijkheid en zekerheid, maar we verwachten niet dat ondernemen na werktijd ineens verboden terrein is.

Sterker nog: we vinden het waarschijnlijk leuk dat je die drive hebt.

Zolang we duidelijke afspraken maken en het elkaar niet bijt.

Drie bedrijven. Drie compleet verschillende financiële speeltuinen. Het zwaartepunt van je rol ligt bij Sparkling Solutions: een snelgroeiende organisatie die verloning en facturatie verzorgt voor uitzend- en detacheringsbedrijven. Ongeveer 65% van je tijd zit hier.

Daar ga je onder andere aan de slag met cashflowplanning, financiering, rapportages, KPI’s, financiële processen en het verder professionaliseren van onze finance-organisatie.

En belangrijk: je zit niet alleen achter je laptop.

Onze klanten zijn ondernemers. Jij wordt steeds vaker hun financiële sparringpartner.

Daarnaast besteed je ongeveer 25% van je tijd aan MTS.
