The posting

Als Financial Controller werk je mee aan de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluiting en zorg je dat de financiële administratie goed op orde is. Je houdt overzicht over meerdere hotel- en convention centre locaties en zorgt voor betrouwbare rapportages en analyses voor de Finance Manager en CFO. In deze rol werk je nauw samen met de Finance Manager en CFO en heb je direct zicht op de financiële prestaties van meerdere locaties. Daarnaast begeleid je collega's binnen het team en help je mee om financiële processen en systemen verder te verbeteren. Je krijgt daarbij veel ruimte om verbeteringen te signaleren en zelf door te voeren.Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: • Verantwoordelijk voor een tijdige en correcte maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluiting • Opstellen en analyseren van managementrapportages en financiële inzichten voor de Finance Manager en CFO • Beheren van de financiële administraties van meerdere entiteiten en bewaken van datakwaliteit en interne controles • Begeleiden van collega's binnen de financiële administratie en ondersteunen van het team • Signaleren en realiseren van verbeteringen in financiële processen, systemen en rapportages Wat bieden wij: • Een salaris tussen de €4.250,- en €5.000,- per maand, o.b.v. 38 uur. • Gratis overnachting, inclusief ontbijt bij een Postillion Hotel naar keuze! • Je krijgt van ons een opleidingsbudget. • Mogelijkheid om thuis te werken. • Je mag van ons voordelig sporten. Jouw profiel: • Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare financiële functie. • Afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding in Finance, Accountancy of Bedrijfseconomie. • Sterk analytisch vermogen en communicatieve skills. • Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en proactieve instelling. • Comfortabel met zelf uitvoeren én begeleiden van anderen • Affiniteit met Excel en kennis van financiële software. • Beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal. • Beschikbaarheid voor 32 tot 38 uur per week.
