Wil jij bijdragen aan betrouwbare financiële informatie en werken aan financiële vraagstukken binnen het sociaal domein? Als Financial Controller Sociaal Domein bij de Gemeente Den Helder combineer je financiële expertise met advisering en samenwerking binnen de organisatie. Gemeente Den Helder Je komt te werken binnen het team Financiën van de Gemeente Den Helder. Het team bestaat uit ongeveer 25 collega's en is verdeeld over de vakgroepen Registratie, Beheer, Rapportage en Advies. Binnen de vakgroep Rapportage werk je samen met andere financial controllers, waarbij iedereen een eigen specialisatie heeft. De gemeente is volop in beweging. Zo wordt gewerkt aan het optimaliseren van de financiële applicaties en aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de dienstverlening rondom de Planning & Control-cyclus. De functie Als Financial Controller Sociaal Domein ben je verantwoordelijk voor een volledige, juiste en tijdige financiële verantwoording binnen de geldende kaders en wet- en regelgeving. Jouw specialisme ligt binnen het sociaal domein. Een belangrijk onderdeel van je werk is het analyseren, samenstellen en opleveren van financiële informatie binnen de Planning & Control-cyclus. Je zorgt daarbij niet alleen voor de cijfers, maar ook voor een heldere verklaring ervan. Daarnaast lever je een bijdrage aan de jaarstukken en houd je je bezig met het verwerken van budgetten en wijzigingen in het begrotingssysteem Lias. Je werkt nauw samen met de business controller sociaal domein en adviseert en ondersteunt teams binnen het sociaal domein bij financiële vraagstukken en opvallende ontwikkelingen.
