We zijn per direct op zoek naar een collega voor ons financiële team Financial Controller Vastgoed (32-40 uur per week) Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het financieel beheer van onze vastgoedvennootschappen. Je stuurt externe vastgoedbeheerders aan, gericht op goed financieel beheer en bewaakt de financiële prestaties van deze vastgoedvennootschappen. Je zorgt voor tijdig en accurate stuurinformatie en rapportages voor de belanghebbenden, waaronder de investeerders. Kerntaken en verantwoordelijkheden • Financieel & fiscale activiteiten: Financieel beheren van vastgoedvennootschappen, in nauwe samenwerking met de vastgoedbeheerder(s). Hierbij valt te denken aan: beoordelen van servicekostenafrekeningen, huurindexaties, betalingen en btw-aangiften. • Rapportage: Opstellen van financiële projectrapportages, zorgen voor statutaire verslaggeving en coördinatie van jaarlijkse audits. Opstellen van financiële managementrapportages en ondersteunen bij rapportages aan toezichthouder. • Financieel Beheer: Beheren van bank- en intercompany financieringen, beheren van de liquiditeitsplanning en het werkkapitaal. Budgettering, forecasting en het uitvoeren van financiële analyses en bijhouden van asset register. Gewenste kennis en ervaring - Minimaal een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in de richting van Finance, Accountancy of Bedrijfseconomie, bijvoorbeeld HEAO AA. - Ervaring als assistent accountant vanuit de samenstelpraktijk is een grote pré. - Ervaring als financial controller binnen private equity, investment management en meerdere entiteiten is geen must maar een grote pré. - Ervaring met complexe entiteitstructuren en multi-entity administraties Wie ben jij?
