Robert Half is op zoek naar een Financial Controlling Manager (M/V/X) - Regio Mechelen

Onze klant is een grote Belgische organisatie actief in een maatschappelijk relevante en mensgerichte dienstverlening.

Volgende taken behoren tot jouw pakket als (M/V/X):

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de groepsrapportering.
  • Je waarborgt tijdige, correcte en betrouwbare financiële rapportering.
  • Je zet interne controleprocessen op en bewaakt de verdere naleving ervan.
  • Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe audits.
  • Je ziet toe op de naleving van accounting policies en rapporteringsrichtlijnen.
  • Je neemt de verantwoordelijkheid voor cash forecasting op korte en lange termijn.
  • Je volgt treasury, liquiditeiten en working capital nauwgezet op.
  • Je verhoogt de betrouwbaarheid van de cash forecasting en analyseert afwijkingen in cashflow.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan de bescherming van de EBITDA en de cashpositie van de organisatie.
  • Je coördineert budget- en forecastprocessen en challenget assumpties en cijfers op een kritische manier.
  • Je voert diepgaande variantie-analyses uit en werkt hierbij nauw samen met Business Controlling.
  • Je stuurt het team binnen Financial Controlling aan, samen met de activiteiten rond Treasury.
  • Je coacht en ontwikkelt medewerkers en bouwt mee aan een cultuur van nauwkeurigheid, ownership en deadlinegerichtheid.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je behaalde een masterdiploma in Accounting, Finance of een gelijkwaardige richting.
  • Je hebt idealiter een achtergrond in Big 4 audit gecombineerd met relevante ervaring in Financial Controlling.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een multi-entity omgeving en bent vertrouwd met groepsrapportering, forecasting en financiële governance.
  • Je hebt een hands-on aanpak en combineert professionele scepsis met een kritische blik en de durf om te challengen.
  • Je werkt zeer nauwkeurig, hanteert hoge kwaliteitsstandaarden en neemt vanzelfsprekend ownership over je verantwoordelijkheden.
  • Je bent een sterke communicator en een coachende people manager die samenwerking stimuleert tussen verschillende finance-domeinen.
  • Je spreekt professioneel Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel en andere MS Office-toepassingen, hebt ervaring met ERP-systemen en kennis van Power BI, terwijl IFRS-kennis een plus is.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur bijkomende ervaring met treasury, working capital management, AI-gedreven financiële tools of een omgeving met grote operationele complexiteit.
