Financial Controlling Specialist (m/v/x), regio Puurs

Voor een toonaangevende internationale organisatie zijn we op zoek naar een Financial Controlling Specialist die het Regional Shared Service Center (RSSC) in Europa West komt versterken. Vanuit de Belgische holding in Puurs ondersteun je meerdere entiteiten binnen de regio en fungeer je als een sleutelpersoon tussen Finance, Management en de lokale Managing Directors.

Deze rol biedt een unieke combinatie van analyses, business partnering, internationale exposure en toekomstgerichte groeikansen. Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om na 1 à 2 jaar naar een andere Europese vestiging binnen RSSC te verhuizen, of om een langetermijncarrière binnen België uit te bouwen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

In het RSSC ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige controllingluik van verschillende Europese entiteiten. Concreet omvat dit:

Financiële analyse & rapportering

  • Analyseren van winst/verlies, balans en operationele resultaten.
  • Discussies voorbereiden en voeren met regionale managementteams.
  • Rapporteren aan Management en lokale MD's met focus op inzichten, risico's en optimalisatie.

Business partnering & procesverbetering

  • Adviseren van Management en Operations over business performance.
  • Identificeren en uitwerken van initiatieven om de winstgevendheid te verbeteren.
  • Optimaliseren van processen rond work in progress en brutomarge.

Controlling & risico-opvolging

  • Proactief monitoren van de balans en het tijdig signaleren van risico's.
  • Zorgen voor correcte forecast- en budgetprocessen via SAP BPC.
  • Ondersteunen bij audits en toezien op naleving van interne processen.

Operationeel & projectmatig

  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor Group voor jouw entiteiten.
  • Bijdragen aan een up-to-date SAP-structuur.
  • Vertegenwoordigen van het RSSC op lokale managementmeetings.
  • Uitvoeren van ad-hoc analyses en ondersteunen van overhead cost control.

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma binnen Finance, Economie of gelijkaardig.
  • Eerste ervaring binnen Controlling, Finance Consulting of Audit.
  • Sterke kennis van Excel; SAP is een pluspunt.
  • Vloeiend in Engels (groepswerktaal); andere talen zijn een troef.
  • Communicatief sterk, analytisch, kritisch en oplossingsgericht.
  • Comfortabel in een snelgroeiende, veranderende internationale omgeving.
  • Ownership, nauwkeurigheid en deadlines schrikken je niet af.
