Als Financial & Data Controller zorg je voor inzicht in de financiële prestaties van de organisatie. Je vertaalt data naar bruikbare inzichten, ondersteunt het management bij financiële vraagstukken en draagt bij aan het verbeteren van processen en systemen. Daarnaast krijg je de kans om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen richting een toekomstige rol als Manager Finance & Control Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het opstellen van rapportages, begrotingen en prognoses; - Het analyseren van financiële en operationele data; - Het signaleren van risico's en verbeterkansen; - Het ondersteunen van managers bij financiële vraagstukken; - Het optimaliseren van processen en informatiestromen; - Het ontwikkelen van managementinformatie en dashboards. Functie-eisen Wie ben jij? Jij bent analytisch sterk, werkt nauwkeurig en vindt het leuk om verder te kijken dan alleen de cijfers. Je weet financiële informatie helder over te brengen en denkt graag mee over hoe processen slimmer en efficiënter kunnen. Daarnaast breng je het volgende mee: - Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in een financiële of bedrijfseconomische richting; - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare financiële functie; - Ervaring met financiële analyses, rapportages en forecasting; - Sterke vaardigheden in Excel en affiniteit met data-analyse; - Ervaring met ERP-systemen; - Een proactieve houding en goede communicatieve vaardigheden; - Ervaring binnen een projectmatige of technische omgeving is mooi meegenomen.
