Onze klant is een internationale organisatie actief binnen een technische en projectgerichte omgeving. Vanuit België ondersteunt het bedrijf de financiële en operationele opvolging van uiteenlopende projecten. De organisatie staat bekend om haar focus op kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en continue verbetering. Ter versterking van het Finance & Projectteam zijn zij op zoek naar een Financial Project Controller.

Jouw nieuwe functie

Als Financial Project Controller werk je nauw samen met projectmanagers en verschillende interne teams om de financiële opvolging, prestaties en rendabiliteit van diverse projecten te bewaken. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen van budgetten, kosten, resultaten en forecasts, analyseert afwijkingen en vertaalt financiële inzichten naar concrete acties en adviezen. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in de planning, rapportering en financiële analyse van projecten en ondersteunt stakeholders bij het inschatten van financiële risico's en het nemen van onderbouwde beslissingen. Daarnaast werk je mee aan het verbeteren van kostenbeheersing en efficiëntie binnen projecten en denk je actief mee over mogelijke optimalisaties. Je staat hierbij regelmatig in contact met verschillende stakeholders en neemt een belangrijke adviserende en coördinerende rol op binnen de projectorganisatie. Affiniteit met digitalisering en het verbeteren van rapporteringen en tools is een plus, maar geen hoofdvereiste.

Jouw profiel

Voor deze functie als Financial Project Controller zoeken we een kandidaat die:

  • Zeer vlot communiceert in het Nederlands en beschikt over een goede kennis van het Frans en het Engels.
  • 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring heeft binnen project controlling.
  • Beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een economische, financiële of aanverwante richting.
  • Een sterk analytisch en financieel inzicht heeft en ervaring heeft met budgetopvolging, forecasting, rapportering en het analyseren van financiële resultaten.
  • Een zeer goede kennis heeft van Excel, ervaring met SAP is een duidelijke meerwaarde.
  • Kritisch en nauwkeurig te werk gaat en graag meedenkt over efficiëntie, kostenbeheersing en optimalisaties binnen projecten.
  • Een interesse heeft in digitalisering en openstaat voor het verbeteren van rapporteringen, processen en financiële tools.
  • Op lange termijn wil groeien binnen een stabiele, internationale organisatie en zich verder wil ontwikkelen binnen project controlling.
