Headhuntersteam - Financieel Administrateur Bedrijfsprofiel Voor De Haan Special Equipment B.V. zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Financieel Administrateur. De Haan is gespecialiseerd in het ontwerpen, bouwen en leveren van hoogwaardige equipment en maatwerkoplossingen van hijs- en hefmaterialen voor industriële toepassingen. De onderneming combineert technische expertise met een sterke focus op kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en klantgerichtheid. Met een internationale klantenbasis en veelal klantspecifieke projecten opereert De Haan in een dynamische omgeving waarin commercie, operatie en techniek nauw samenwerken. De organisatie is volop in ontwikkeling en zet stappen in verdere professionalisering, waarbij Finance een steeds belangrijkere rol speelt binnen de bedrijfsvoering. Binnen deze functie maak je onderdeel uit van de financiële organisatie en werk je nauw samen met de Finance Manager. Door de combinatie van financiële administratie, productie en projecten heb je daarnaast veel contact met onder andere inkoop, werkvoorbereiding, projectleiding, planning en verkoop. Bedrijfscultuur De Haan Special Equipment is een organisatie waar het gewoon goed geregeld moet zijn. Geen gedoe, geen omwegen, maar duidelijkheid, verantwoordelijkheid en focus op resultaat.
