Jouw rol Als Financieel Administrateur (Crediteurenadministratie) ben je verantwoordelijk voor het correct en tijdig verwerken van inkoopfacturen in ons digitale factuurverwerkingssysteem. Je zorgt ervoor dat leveranciers tijdig worden betaald, afwijkingen worden opgelost en de administratie altijd up-to-date is. Daarnaast beheer je het crediteurenproces efficiënt en nauwkeurig. Wat ga je doen? - Verwerken, controleren, coderen en boeken van inkoopfacturen (grootboek en kostenplaatsen) - Bewaken van de voortgang van het crediteurenproces en signaleren van stagnaties of achterstanden - Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van betaalruns en bewaken van betalingstermijnen - Verwerken van financiële gegevens, opstellen van overzichten en uitvoeren van afstemmingen binnen de financiële administratie - Bijdragen aan het bewaken en verder ontwikkelen van een adequate AO/IC - Ondersteunen van de Finance Manager bij diverse werkzaamheden - Je maakt deel uit van een informeel, creatief en flexibel Finance team Wat breng je mee? - MBO+ werk- en denkniveau met een relevante financiële opleiding - Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring, bij voorkeur in een (projectmatige) productieomgeving - Aantoonbare ervaring met ERP-systemen en uitgebreide kennis van Excel - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse, Engelse en Duitse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk - Je bent een zelfstandige, oplossingsgerichte en pragmatische professional - Je bent in staat om over de grenzen van je eigen vakgebied heen te kijken en waar nodig ondersteuning te bieden - Je beschikt over analytisch vermogen, werkt gestructureerd en communiceert duidelijk Wat bieden wij jou? - Een brede ...
