Als Financieel Administrateur ben je samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van de financiële administratie. Je werkt mee aan alle facetten van finance, van facturatie en debiteurenbeheer tot maandafsluitingen en rapportages voor een beursgenoteerde onderneming. In deze dynamische rol krijg je de kans om een belangrijke bijdrage te leveren aan financiële processen én aan de implementatie van een nieuw ERP-systeem. Waar ga je mee aan de slag? In deze functie ben je betrokken bij vrijwel alle onderdelen van de financiële administratie. Je verwerkt facturen, verzorgt betalingen, houdt het debiteurenbeheer op orde en zorgt voor een correcte verwerking van bank- en kasmutaties. Daarnaast controleer je urenregistraties, stel je journaalposten op en beheer je de activa- en leaseadministratie. Je ondersteunt bij maand- en jaarafsluitingen, voert intercompany-afstemmingen uit en helpt mee aan BTW-aangiftes en SOX-controles. Ook lever je een bijdrage aan internationale rapportages en diverse wettelijke aangiftes, zoals CBS- en Intrastat-opgaven. Dankzij de brede verantwoordelijkheid krijg je inzicht in het volledige financiële proces en lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan betrouwbare financiële cijfers binnen een internationale organisatie.
