The posting

Wij zijn op zoek naar een financieel administratief bediende die onze administratieve afdeling versterkt en een belangrijke ondersteunende rol opneemt naast de financieel manager. Het betreft een veelzijdige functie, waarbij je verder kijkt dan louter boekhouding en je je verdiept in de werking van de organisatie als geheel.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Verwerken en opvolgen van inkomende facturen (leveranciersboekhouding)
  • Controleren van aankoopfacturen en nagaan of deze inhoudelijk correct zijn (prijs, stock, goederenstroom, etc.)
  • Opstellen van tweede boekingslijsten en voorbereiden van betalingsvoorstellen
  • Verwerken van bankafschriften en diverse boekingen
  • Opvolgen van openstaande leveranciers
  • Ondersteunen bij maand- en jaarafsluitingen
  • Voorbereiden van BTW- en IC-aangiftes in samenspraak met de financieel manager
  • Meewerken aan balansvoorbereidingen en analytische controles
  • Actief inzicht verwerven in de werking van werkplaats en magazijn om financiële stromen correct te begrijpen
  • Meedenken over optimalisaties binnen een digitaliserende omgeving
  • Werken volgens vaste interne procedures en afgesproken werkwijzen
  • Het is geen “standaard” boekhoudfunctie: je denkt mee, analyseert en durft zaken in vraag te stellen waar nodig.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent iemand die graag allround werkt en niet enkel gefocust is op het puur inboeken van cijfers.
  • Je beschikt over een boekhoudkundige opleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Je hebt minimum 2 jaar relevante werkervaring in een boekhoudkundige functie
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel
  • Je hebt sterk analytisch inzicht en een goed denkvermogen
  • Je bent nauwkeurig en werkt gestructureerd
  • Je verdiept je graag in de organisatie en begrijpt graag het verhaal achter de cijfers
  • Je neemt initiatief en durft zaken uit te zoeken
  • Je kan omgaan met opbouwende feedback
  • Je werkt graag ondersteunend samen met de financieel manager
  • Je volgt interne procedures correct en respecteert vaste werkwijzen
  • Je hebt ambitie en drive om je rol volledig op te nemen, zonder de nood om door te groeien naar managementniveau
