Als Financieel Administratief Bediende zorg je voor de correcte verwerking en opvolging van betalingen binnen een internationale onderneming. Je beheert betalingsverzoeken, controleert financiële rapporten en volgt openstaande posten bij leveranciers op. Daarbij werk je samen met collega’s en externe contacten, waaronder banken.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Voorbereiden, verwerken en opvolgen van dagelijkse betalingen in verschillende systemen.
  • Uitvoeren en controleren van manuele betalingen.
  • Verwerken van maandelijkse voorafbetalingen aan leveranciers.
  • Beheren van de financiële mailbox.
  • Opvolgen van betalingsverzoeken, terugstortingen en vragen van banken.
  • Controleren van rapporten over betalingen en balansbevestigingen.
  • Opvolgen en afstemmen van openstaande posten in de leveranciersboekhouding.
  • Ondersteunen bij bijkomende financiële en administratieve taken.
  • Je hebt een diploma in een administratieve of financiële richting, of relevante werkervaring.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je communiceert helder en werkt graag samen met verschillende contacten.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt rekening met deadlines.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel en Microsoft Office.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen zoals SAP of JDE is een pluspunt.
  • Je neemt initiatief en leert graag nieuwe taken en systemen kennen.
