Als Financieel Administratief Bediende maak je deel uit van het finance team en zorg je voor een correcte verwerking en opvolging van financiële dossiers. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige aanpak verlopen de administratieve en financiële processen vlot en efficiënt.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Opmaken van vorderingsstaten.
  • Opstellen van verkoopfacturen op basis van goedgekeurde vorderingsstaten.
  • Opvolgen van openstaande vorderingsstaten en verkoopfacturen.
  • Bewaken van een correcte en tijdige facturatie en rapporteren over openstaande prestaties.
  • Verwerken en controleren van inkomende mails en administratieve rapporten.
  • Actief meedenken over de digitalisering en optimalisatie van administratieve processen.
  • Bachelor in een financiële of administratieve richting, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Eerste ervaring binnen een financiële of boekhoudkundige functie.
  • Sterke administratieve en organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Goede kennis van MS Office, met een vlotte beheersing van Excel.
  • Analytische ingesteldheid en affiniteit met cijfers.
  • Nauwkeurige, zelfstandige en gestructureerde manier van werken.
  • Vlotte communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve houding.
