Jobomschrijving

Boekhouding

  • Instaan voor het dagelijks beheer van de boekhouding
  • Controleren, verwerken en inboeken van aankoopfacturen
  • Opstellen en controleren van verkoopfacturen
  • Uitvoeren en opvolgen van betalingen
  • Beheren van de debiteuren- en crediteurenadministratie
  • Voorbereiden en indienen van btw-aangiftes
  • Uitvoeren van periodieke controles en reconciliaties
  • Verzekeren van een correcte en volledige financiële administratie
  • Voorbereiden van dossiers voor maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen
  • Samenwerken met de externe accountant en fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt

HR-administratie

  • Opvolgen van prestaties en tijdsregistraties
  • Beheren van personeelsdossiers en arbeidsovereenkomsten
  • Administratieve verwerking van verloven en afwezigheden
  • Correct aanleveren van gegevens aan het sociaal secretariaat
  • Controleren van loonadministratie en sociale documenten
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor in Boekhouding, Finance of een gelijkwaardig niveau door ervaring
  • Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring binnen een boekhoudkundige functie, idealiter binnen een KMO-omgeving
  • Je kan zelfstandig een volledige boekhouding beheren
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van btw-regelgeving en boekhoudkundige processen
  • Je hebt ervaring met de voorbereiding van afsluitingen en de samenwerking met een externe accountant
  • Ervaring met HR-administratie vormt een belangrijke troef
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en discreet
  • Je neemt initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid op
  • Je bent zelfstandig maar werkt ook vlot samen met collega's
  • Affiniteit met een technische of bouwgerelateerde omgeving is een pluspunt
