Als financieel-administratief directeur ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

▪ de ontwikkeling – samen met het directieteam Woonzorg emmaüs– van de strategische visie en operationeel beleid en de vertaling van de organisatiestrategie, visie en waarden naar je afdeling

▪ een performant financieel en administratief beleid met accurate opvolging en heldere rapportering naar de verschillende stakeholders

▪ de uitwerking en opvolging van de jaarlijkse begroting, financiële meerjarenplanning en de opmaak van de (half)jaarrekening

▪ de optimalisatie van financiële en administratieve processen op basis van datagedreven analyses in samenwerking met het zorg- en facilitair-technisch departement

▪ het beheer en de kwaliteitsbewaking van alle HR-gerelateerde gegevens die je vertaalt naar bruikbare managementinformatie.

▪ de verbinding van Woonzorg emmaüs met ICT Emmaüs: je zorgt voor een efficiënte afstemming van ICT-behoeften, projecten en incidenten en treedt op als centraal aanspreekpunt. Je ondersteunt digitale verandertrajecten en bewaakt dat ICT-oplossingen bijdragen aan kwalitatieve zorg, efficiënte processen en een toekomstgerichte organisatie.

▪ de coördinatie van de implementatie van NIS2 en het informatiebeveiligingsbeleid binnen Woonzorg emmaüs: je bewaakt cyberrisico's, stimuleert veiligheidsbewustzijn en ziet toe op de naleving van wettelijke verplichtingen inzake cyberveiligheid en informatieveiligheid.

▪ een motiverend medewerkersbeleid en een effectieve werkorganisatie van de financieel-administratieve diensten

▪ de aansturing van een tiental medewerkers verspreid over 5 woonzorghuizen

▪ de vertegenwoordiging in interne en externe overlegorganen en relevante netwerken

▪ je rapporteert aan de algemeen directeur Woonzorg emmaüs

Als financieel-administratief directeur heb je:

▪ een masterdiploma in een economische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring

▪ een stevige leidinggevende ervaring, liefst ook op directieniveau

▪ goede kennis van boekhouding en BTW-reglementering

▪ bij voorkeur kennis van en ervaring met financiering in de sector ouderenzorg en vzw-wetgeving of bereid zich hierin te verdiepen

▪ affiniteit met doelgroep ouderen en woonzorg

▪ een motiverende leiderschapsstijl die een resultaatgerichte aanpak combineert met een mensgerichte benadering

▪ Je bent analytisch ingesteld, hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en werkt autonoom.

▪ uitstekende communicatieve en rapporteringsvaardigheden

▪ waarden die overeenkomen met de visie en kernwaarden van Emmaüs en Woonzorg emmaüs
