Jobomschrijving

  • Instaan voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van facturen.
  • Opvolgen en controleren van administratieve dossiers.
  • Beantwoorden van vragen van klanten via telefoon en e-mail.
  • Ondersteunen van klanten bij facturatie- en administratieve vragen.
  • Verwerken van klantgegevens en zorgen voor een correcte registratie in de systemen.
  • Samenwerken met interne afdelingen om vragen en dossiers efficiënt op te lossen.
  • Signaleren van mogelijke verbeteringen in administratieve processen.
  • Bijdragen aan een kwalitatieve en klantgerichte dienstverlening.
  • Je beschikt over een eerste ervaring binnen facturatie, administratie of customer service.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands; kennis van Frans is een plus.
  • Je bent klantgericht en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook uitstekend in teamverband.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en weet prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met digitale systemen en MS Office.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en werkt proactief.
