Voor een groeiende en gevestigde onderneming actief in de productie en distributie van professionele technische oplossingen, is Robert Half op zoek naar een Financieel Administratief Medewerker (m/v/x).

Onze klant is een financieel gezonde familiale organisatie met een sterke marktpositie en een reputatie van kwaliteit en innovatie. Vanuit hun vestiging in Arendonk werken zij dagelijks aan het ondersteunen van klanten in diverse sectoren. Door hun verdere groei zijn zij op zoek naar een gedreven medewerker die een belangrijke bijdrage wil leveren aan de financiële en administratieve processen binnen de organisatie.

De verantwoordelijkheden van deze functie als Financieel Administratief Medewerker (m/v/x) zijn:

  • Verwerken en controleren van bankverrichtingen en financiële transacties;
  • Ondersteunen bij financiële controles, rapporteringen en administratieve processen;
  • Signaleren van afwijkingen en actief bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen;
  • Meedenken over de verdere optimalisatie en professionalisering van de financiële administratie;
  • Opstellen, verwerken en opvolgen van verkoopfacturen;
  • Beheren van openstaande klantenposten en opvolgen van betalingen;
  • Versturen en opvolgen van betalingsherinneringen naar klanten;
  • Onderhouden van correcte klantgegevens en administratieve dossiers;
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten inzake administratieve en financiële vragen;
  • Verwerken en controleren van aankoopfacturen;
  • Opvolgen van betalingsherinneringen van leveranciers;
  • Beheren en actualiseren van leveranciersgegevens;
  • Waken over een correcte en tijdige verwerking van financiële documenten;
  • Ondersteunen van diverse administratieve werkzaamheden binnen de organisatie;
  • Bijdragen aan een efficiënte en professionele interne werking;
  • Ontvangen en telefonisch verder helpen van klanten en leveranciers waar nodig.

De vereiste kwalificaties voor deze functie van Financieel Administratief Medewerker (m/v/x) zijn:

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een financieel-administratieve functie;
  • Je beschikt over een goed inzicht in financiële en administratieve processen;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en met oog voor detail;
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen;
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en kan zelfstandig werken;
  • Je bent sterk in het stellen van prioriteiten en het beheren van meerdere dossiers tegelijk;
  • Je communiceert professioneel en vlot met collega's, klanten en leveranciers;
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel en ervaring met ERP-systemen;
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling;
  • Kennis van Engels en/of Duits is een sterke troef;
  • Je combineert een teamgerichte ingesteldheid met een zelfstandige aanpak;
  • Je beschikt over een graduaat- of bachelordiploma in een financiële, boekhoudkundige of administratieve richting, of je hebt een gelijkwaardig niveau opgebouwd door relevante ervaring.
