Onze opdrachtgever is een toonaangevende onderneming binnen de maritieme, offshore, haven- en industriële sector. Ze werken met een enthousiast team binnen een platte organisatie, waar iedereen zijn of haar waardevolle bijdrage levert aan het succes van de onderneming. Je krijgt de kans om deel uit te maken van een dynamische werkomgeving waarin geen dag hetzelfde is! Wat ga je doen? Als Financieel Administratief Medewerker ben je de spil van de organisatie en voer je een breed scala aan administratieve taken uit. Je ondersteunt zowel het kantoor als je collega’s met verschillende administratieve werkzaamheden. Daarnaast werk je ook op de binnendienst verkoop, je doet geen sales maar wel het uitsturen van offertes. Geen dag is hetzelfde, wat betekent dat je altijd afwisselend werk hebt. Je voert onder andere de volgende taken uit: - Facturen opstellen, versturen, inboeken, verwerken; - Beheren van kantoorvoorraden en de algemene mailbox. - Ondersteunen bij offerteadministratie en uren- en kilometerregistratie. - Beheren van het wagenpark en administratieve ondersteuning bieden aan collega’s.

Wij zoeken iemand met de onderstaande capaciteiten / opleidingen. Heb je dat niet maar zie je jezelf wel in deze functie passen? Neem dan even contact op. Wellicht kunnen we je opleiden. - 32 tot 40 uur per week beschikbaar; - Ervaring als administratief medewerker; - MBO werk- denkniveau; - Flexibel, nauwkeurig en regelt graag; - Positieve inzet en humor.
