Als Financieel Administratief Medewerker in Diemen ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de nauwkeurige verwerking van zakelijke creditcardaanvragen. Binnen deze rol draag je zorg voor een gestroomlijnde en foutloze administratieve afhandeling van elke nieuwe aanvraag. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden omvatten: - Dossieropbouw & Controle: Je verzamelt en toetst alle benodigde bescheiden zorgvuldig, zodat het dossier volledig en correct klaarstaat voor de definitieve beoordeling door onze acceptanten. - Communicatie & Afstemming: Je onderhoudt intensief contact met zakelijke klanten over de voortgang van hun dossier en stemt de status af met interne collega's. - Klant- en Kwaliteitsgerichtheid: Je stelt het belang van de klant centraal en streeft continue naar een zo efficiënt en hoogwaardig mogelijk verwerkingsproces. Wat wij bieden - Een salaris van € 15,90 bruto per uur; - Doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen ICS; - Reiskostenvergoeding: volledige OV-vergoeding of € 0,23 per km (max. 40 km enkele reis); - Werken bij een toonaangevende financiële dienstverlener; - De kans om veel te leren over zakelijke klanten en ervaring op te doen met klantcontact; - Een gezellige werksfeer met ruimte voor jouw ideeën. Wat wij vragen - Minimaal een diploma mbo niveau 4; - In het bezit van WFT-Basis, of bereid dit op korte termijn te behalen (pré); - Sterke telefoonvaardigheden, professioneel en vriendelijk in klantcontact; - Kennis van verschillende rechtsvormen, zoals eenmanszaak, BV, VOF, etc; - Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk.
