Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou. Voor ons Finance team zoekt Geldvoorelkaar.nl een nauwkeurige en proactieve Financieel Administratief Medewerker. In deze rol draag je dagelijks bij aan een correcte en efficiënte financiële administratie en ondersteun je de verdere groei van onze organisatie. Wat ga je doen? Als Financieel Administratief Medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor diverse financiële en administratieve werkzaamheden. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze financiële processen soepel verlopen en ondersteunt het team waar nodig. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Controleren en verwerken van inkomende facturen; - Opstellen en verwerken van verkoopfacturen; - Verwerken van bankmutaties; - Ondersteunen bij het opstellen van financiële rapportages; - Voorbereiden van betalingen; - Uitvoeren van diverse administratieve werkzaamheden ter ondersteuning van de financiële afdeling. Daarnaast denk je actief mee over het verbeteren van administratieve processen en draag je bij aan een efficiënte werkwijze binnen het Finance team. Wie ben jij? Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en gestructureerd. Je hebt oog voor detail en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van je werk. Je vindt het prettig om samen te werken, maar kunt ook uitstekend zelfstandig taken oppakken. Daarnaast beschik je over: - 2 tot 4 jaar relevante werkervaring in een financiële administratieve functie, bij voorkeur binnen de financiële dienstverlening; - Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding in een financiële richting; - Kennis van en ervaring met Exact Online en Exact Globe; - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden; - Een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
