Als Financieel Administratief Medewerker ga je aan de slag bij een internationaal opererende organisatie. In deze zelfstandige functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het gehele financiële proces. Past deze rol perfect bij jou? Solliciteer direct! Functieomschrijving Als Financieel Administratief Medewerker zorg jij voor een accurate en actuele financiële administratie. In deze brede en afwisselende rol schakel je moeiteloos tussen uiteenlopende werkzaamheden en ben je mede verantwoordelijk voor het complete financiële proces binnen de organisatie. Werkzaamheden & Verantwoordelijkheden: - Verwerken, controleren en bewaken van dagelijkse bankmutaties. - Zorgdragen voor het volledige beheer van het debiteuren- en crediteurenproces. - Bewaken van betalingstermijnen en het verwerken van inkomende en uitgaande facturen. - Voorbereiden en verwerken van de btw-aangiften, inclusief internationale aspecten (zoals ICP-opgaven). - Verzamelen, controleren en tijdig aanleveren van administratieve gegevens aan externe instanties, waaronder het CBS. - Beheren en analyseren van de brandstofkosten en het brandstofverbruik. - Registreren, administratief afhandelen en opvolgen van schadedossiers. Functievereisten Voor deze rol is het belangrijk dat jij: - Ervaring hebt binnen de financiële administratie; - Beschikbaar bent voor 32 tot 40 uur per week; - Kennis hebt van boekhouding; - Communicatief vaardig bent en makkelijk schakelt met andere afdelingen; - De Nederlandse taal beheerst in woord en geschrift. Arbeidsvoorwaarden Voor jouw inzet kun je het volgende verwachten: - Een bruto maandsalaris tot € 3.900,- op basis van een 40-urige werkweek; - Een baan voor de lange termijn binnen een internationaal opererende organisatie; - Mogelijkheden voor het volgen van traininge...
