Voor een professionele en informele accountants- en adviesorganisatie in Alkmaar zoeken wij een Financieel Administratief Medewerker. Wat ga je doen? Als Financieel Administratief Medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor de financiële administratie van je eigen cliëntenpakket. Je werkt voor een diverse groep klanten, van lokale ondernemers tot grotere organisaties, waardoor geen administratie hetzelfde is. Je zorgt ervoor dat de financiële administraties volledig, correct en actueel zijn en werkt daarbij met moderne software. Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen verschillende klanten en sectoren en hebt regelmatig contact met de ondernemers voor wie je werkt. Daarbij ben je niet alleen uitvoerend bezig. Je denkt mee, signaleert bijzonderheden en houdt je ogen open voor vragen die verder gaan dan de dagelijkse administratie. Is aanvullende expertise nodig? Dan schakel je met de juiste collega binnen de organisatie. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Verzorgen en bijhouden van financiële administraties voor verschillende klanten; - Controleren en verwerken van financiële gegevens; - Signaleren van bijzonderheden en mogelijke verbeterpunten; - Samenwerken met collega's uit verschillende disciplines; - Werken met slimme en moderne financiële software. Wie ben jij? Je hebt een goede financiële basis en vindt het leuk om met verschillende administraties en klanten bezig te zijn. Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent zelfstandig en pakt werkzaamheden gemakkelijk op. Tegelijkertijd vind je het prettig om onderdeel te zijn van een team waarin collega's elkaar helpen.
