Voor ons familiebedrijf zoeken wij met spoed een financieel administratief medewerker die zorgt dat onze dagelijkse administratie, facturatie en betalingen goed en op tijd worden verwerkt. Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor locaties, teamleidsters, zorgaanbieders en externe partners. Wat ga je doen? - Dagelijks verwerken van bankmutaties, betalingen, e-mails en administratieve wijzigingen. - Inkomende facturen verwerken en controleren in Basecone en Exact; doorlopende betalingen agenderen. - Beheer van het Salon Bertine-systeem. - Opstellen en verwerken van periodieke facturen en verzamelfacturen voor locaties en zorgaanbieders. - Incasso's, betaalde facturen en openstaande posten verwerken en debiteuren en crediteuren bewaken. - Banksaldi controleren en contante ontvangsten verwerken. - Uren van Nederlandse en Belgische medewerkers verzamelen, verwerken en doorgeven. - Locatie-apps bijhouden en acties uit deze apps verwerken. - Telefonisch en per e-mail contact onderhouden met teamleidsters, zorgaanbieders, bewindvoerders, pedicures, medewerkers en andere externe partijen. - Praktische kantoortaken uitvoeren, zoals kantoorbestellingen, documenten verzorgen en meldingen in leveranciersportalen. - Ondersteunen bij overeenkomsten, prijsindexeringen en prijslijsten. Wat breng je mee? - Mbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur administratief of financieel. - Ervaring met financiële administratie, facturatie en betalingsverwerking. - Je werkt nauwkeurig, houdt overzicht en komt afspraken en deadlines na. - Je communiceert prettig en duidelijk en kunt zelfstandig prioriteiten stellen. - Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen terugkerende en ad-hoc werkzaamheden. - Ervaring met Exact en Basecone is een sterke pré; nieuwe systemen maak je je snel eigen.
