Deze afdeling is verantwoordelijk voor de financiële en projectadministratie, salarisadministratie, ICT en verzekeringen. Met een team van 8 collega's werken we samen om de gestelde doelstellingen te behalen en de processen continu te verbeteren. In jouw rol richt je je voornamelijk op de financiële administratie. Je beheert een gevarieerd takenpakket, waaronder de crediteuren-, debiteuren- en projectadministratie. Je verzorgt niet alleen de administratieve verwerking, maar analyseert ook projectgerelateerde mutaties en signaleert eventuele afwijkingen. Je speelt een actieve rol in het oplossen van problemen en zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt. Je rapporteert direct aan de teamleider Finance en onderhoudt dagelijks contact met collega's, partners en leveranciers. Je zult ook betrokken zijn bij diverse optimaliseringsprojecten binnen de afdeling, waarbij de focus ligt op het verbeteren en digitaliseren van processen. Momenteel werken we aan het optimaliseren van rapportages, materieelbeheer en urenregistratie. Jouw expertise en ervaring zijn van groot belang voor het succes van deze projecten.
