VvE Administrateur (Financieel Specialist)

Bij De Kennemer Heeren verzorgen we het beheer voor meer dan 100 Verenigingen van Eigenaren (VvE’s) in de regio Noord-Holland. Voor ons team zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven VvE Administrateur die financiële precisie feilloos combineert met sterke communicatie. In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de volledige financiële huishouding van jouw portefeuille en zorg je dat bewoners en besturen altijd kunnen rekenen op kloppende cijfers en helder advies.

Wat ga je doen?

In deze rol combineer je financiële taken met persoonlijke communicatie:

- Beheren: Je voert het volledige administratieve beheer voor een diverse reeks VvE’s, van oudbouw tot moderne nieuwbouw.

- Jaarstukken: Je stelt jaarrekeningen en exploitatieoverzichten op en geeft hier tijdens vergaderingen een heldere toelichting op.

- Begroten: Je berekent de maandelijkse VvE-bijdragen op basis van het Meerjarenonderhoudsplan (MJOP), zodat de financiële toekomst van het pand gewaarborgd is en de leden niet voor onvoorziene kosten geconfronteerd worden.

- Verbruiskosten: Je verzorgt de volledige stookkosten- en waterafrekeningen afrekeningen voor de leden.

- Communicatie: Je fungeert als het financiële aanspreekpunt voor eigenaars en externe leveranciers. Je adviseert het bestuur en beoordeelt proactief financiële stukken.

Wie ben jij?

- Niveau: Je beschikt over een HBO werk- en denkniveau.

- Financieel inzicht: Je bent analytisch sterk en hebt ervaring of grote affiniteit met vastgoed en financiële administratie.

- Communicatief: Je bent klantgericht en kunt financiële zaken begrijpelijk uitleggen aan een diverse groep mensen.

- Software: Ervaring met VvE-software zoals Twinq is een grote pré.

- Flexibel: Je bent bereid om incidenteel ’s avonds VvE-vergaderingen bij te wonen om jouw expertise te delen.
