Dagelijks ondersteunen zij klanten wereldwijd met slimme, betrouwbare en efficiënte logistieke oplossingen. Je komt terecht in een professionele organisatie waar kwaliteit en service centraal staan, maar waar tegelijkertijd een informele en gezellige werksfeer heerst. Het billingteam bestaat uit een mix van ervaren collega's en specialisten die nauw samenwerken aan een optimaal facturatieproces. Binnen de afdeling krijg je veel ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, mee te denken over verbeteringen en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen een internationale omgeving. Functieomschrijving Als Financieel administratief medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verwerken, controleren en beheren van uiteenlopende facturatiestromen. Je zorgt ervoor dat zowel handmatige als automatische facturatieprocessen soepel verlopen en dat facturen voldoen aan de geldende wet- en regelgeving. Je behandelt debet- en creditverzoeken, voert controles uit, maakt berekeningen en verwerkt facturatiegegevens in de daarvoor bestemde systemen. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij automatische facturatieprocessen en draag je bij aan een correcte verwerking van BTW-, Duties- en VAT-gerelateerde facturatie. Naast de dagelijkse operationele werkzaamheden denk je actief mee over verbeteringen binnen de afdeling. Je signaleert knelpunten, doet verbetervoorstellen en neemt deel aan projecten gericht op procesoptimalisatie, veranderingen en migraties. Je hebt regelmatig contact met interne afdelingen z...
