Tijdelijk Financieel Administratief Medewerker Botlek Rotterdam Voor één van onze opdrachtgevers zoeken wij per direct tijdelijke versterking op de financiële administratie. Ben jij tijdelijk beschikbaar voor een mooie opdracht? Dan is dit dé kans voor jou! Als administratief ondersteuner zorg je voor een correcte verwerking en controle van de urenregistratie van onze uitzendkrachten. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol binnen ons Shared Service Center (SSC), waar je je bezighoudt met diverse financieel-administratieve werkzaamheden. Je taken zijn onder andere: - Verwerken en controleren van de gewerkte uren; - Aanmaken van inkooporders en doorvoeren van correcties; - Uitvoeren van dagelijkse financiële administratie, zoals: - Boeken van bankmutaties; - Beheren van debiteuren; - Monitoren en afstemmen van tussenrekeningen. Functie eisen - Minimaal MBO 4 werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een financiële richting - Aantoonbare ervaring met bovengenoemde financieel-administratieve werkzaamheden is vereist - Je bent nauwkeurig, proactief en denkt graag kritisch mee - Je kunt goed zelfstandig werken, maar schakelt ook makkelijk met collega's - Je bent minimaal beschikbaar op dinsdag, woensdag en donderdag - 32 tot 40 uur per week beschikbaar; - Uitgebreide kennis van Microsoft Office; - Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
