Als Financieel Administratief Medewerker ben jij een onmisbare schakel in de dienstverlening! wat bieden wij jou Salaris tot € 16,- per uur Uitzicht op een vaste aanstelling 32 tot 40 uur Rotterdam wie ben jij Om deze baan goed uit te kunnen voeren, voldoe je als administratief financieel medewerker aan de volgende eisen: - Je bent bereid om in Rotterdam te werken - Je bent 32 tot 40 uur per week beschikbaar - Je spreekt Nederlands - Je spreekt Engels - Je beschikt over een MBO opleiding in een administratieve of financiële richting of relevante werkervaring - Je hebt ervaring met Twinfield, Exact Online of affiniteit met het digitaliseren van administraties wat ga je doen Als financieel administratief medewerker zorg je ervoor dat de financiële administraties van de klanten tot in de puntjes verzorgd zijn. Geen dag is hetzelfde, want je werkt voor uiteenlopende MKB-ondernemers. Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit: - Invoeren en verwerken van inkomende en uitgaande facturen en registreren van bankmutaties. - Bijhouden van de debiteuren- en crediteurenadministratie en het opvolgen van openstaande posten. - Beantwoorden van financiële vragen en contact onderhouden met klanten en collega's. - Voorbereiden van de aangiftes omzetbelasting. - Assisteren van accountants en adviseurs bij rapporta...
