Als Financieel Administratief Medewerker IJsselstein speel je een belangrijke rol binnen de financiële administratie. Je werkt afwisselend met cijfers, systemen en telefonisch contact. Wat ga je doen? Als Financieel Administratief Medewerker IJsselstein ondersteun je voor onze opdrachtgever de financiële administratie van een compacte organisatie. Je houdt je dagelijks bezig met het maken, controleren en verwerken van facturen. Ook controleer je binnengekomen betalingen en houd je bij welke facturen nog openstaan. Wanneer de betalingstermijn is verstreken, neem je contact op met de debiteur. Je vraagt naar de status van de betaling, maakt waar nodig een afspraak en zorgt dat deze informatie goed in de administratie wordt vastgelegd. Voor een belangrijk deel van deze werkzaamheden maak je gebruik van het financiële programma SnelStart. Ook buiten het debiteurenbeheer zijn er verschillende taken waarbij jouw ondersteuning nodig is. Denk aan het verwerken van financiële gegevens, controleren van documenten en actueel houden van administratieve dossiers. De opdrachtgever is met ongeveer 35 medewerkers actief binnen archeologisch onderzoek en advies en werkt aan uiteenlopende projecten. Een betrouwbare financiële administratie helpt om die projecten goed te ondersteunen. Jij zorgt daarom niet alleen dat gegevens worden ingevoerd, maar kijkt ook kritisch of informatie klopt en compleet is.
