The posting

Als financieel administratief medewerker zorg jij ervoor dat de financiële administraties van klanten kloppen en actueel zijn. Je werkt voor verschillende MKB-klanten en krijgt daardoor te maken met uiteenlopende administraties en financiële vraagstukken. Van lokale ondernemers en familiebedrijven tot zakelijke dienstverleners en andere organisaties.

Je bent niet alleen bezig met het verwerken van cijfers. Je hebt ook contact met klanten en leveranciers, denkt mee over administratieve vragen en ondersteunt collega's bij financiële rapportages en afsluitingen. Zie je dat iets slimmer of efficiënter kan? Dan krijg je de ruimte om dit aan te kaarten.

Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden:

• Verwerken van facturen, betalingen en andere financiële gegevens; • Controleren en zorgvuldig archiveren van financiële administraties; • Onderhouden van contact met klanten en leveranciers over administratieve vragen; • Ondersteunen bij het opstellen van financiële rapportages; • Voorbereiden van werkzaamheden voor jaarrekeningen; • Meewerken aan maandelijkse en jaarlijkse afsluitingen; • Controleren of financiële gegevens volledig en correct zijn verwerkt; • Signaleren van afwijkingen en deze bespreken met collega's; • Meedenken over verbeteringen in administratieve processen.

Je werkt 24 uur per week op locatie in Tilburg, verspreid over meerdere werkdagen tijdens reguliere kantooruren.

Functie-eisen: Jij wordt blij van een administratie die tot in de puntjes klopt. Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, maar vindt het ook leuk om contact te hebben met klanten en collega's. Wanneer je een afwijking of fout tegenkomt, laat je deze niet liggen. Je zoekt uit wat er speelt en denkt mee over een passende oplossing.

Omdat je voor verschillende klanten werkt, kun je makkelijk schakelen tussen werkzaamheden en administraties. Je bent betrouwbaar, dienstverlenend en communiceert op een prettige en duidelijke manier.
