Dan hebben wij bij Fruity Line een mooie plek voor je in ons financiële team. Functieomschrijving Wat ga je doen als financieel administratief medewerker bij Fruity Line? Als medewerker financiële administratie zorg jij dat alles achter de schermen klopt. Je houdt overzicht in cijfers en betalingen en vindt het fijn om samen met collega's de financiële administratie goed te organiseren. Je schakelt makkelijk, houdt het overzicht en ziet het meteen als iets afwijkt. Een gemiddelde werkdag bestaat uit: - Het afstemmen van taken met je collega's - Het verwerken en boeken van bankmutaties en facturen - Het klaarzetten en controleren van betalingen - Het matchen van facturen met de juiste afdelingen - Contact met collega's over vragen of afwijkingen - Het doorlopen van de crediteurenlijst: zie je iets raars? Dan trek je aan de bel - Kleine uitzoekklusjes en het netjes houden van documentatie Je werkt met de programma's Exact en Easy Systems. Nog niet bekend hiermee? Geen probleem, wij leren het je graag. Je team Je komt terecht in een hecht en gezellig team van vier collega's (3 mannen, 1 vrouw). De sfeer is open en transparant. We helpen elkaar, maken graag een grapje en lopen tussen de middag samen een rondje. Daarnaast heb je contact met andere afdelingen, zoals Technische Dienst en Inkoop.
