Parttime Financieel Administratief Medewerker - 3400-4000 - HBO - Delft - 2 tot 5 jaar - 28 uur - Jij zorgt dat de financiële administratie elke dag klopt en op rolletjes loopt. Denk aan debiteuren, crediteuren, bankmutaties en kostenfacturen; - Je stelt facturen op, controleert ze en zorgt dat alles netjes en op tijd de deur uitgaat, inclusief de wekelijkse betaalrun; - Je houdt je bezig met btw-administratie en aangiftes, inclusief internationale boekingen en meerdere valuta; - Je helpt bij het bijhouden van subsidie- en projectadministratie en zorgt dat verantwoording richting subsidieverstrekkers strak en compleet is; - Je bewaakt projectkosten zodat er per project altijd goed inzicht is in de cijfers; - Je ondersteunt de controller bij rapportages en maand- en jaarafsluitingen en denkt actief mee over hoe processen slimmer en efficiënter kunnen.
