Voltijd, Deeltijd mbo+ Financieel administratief medewerker 32-40 UUR Als financieel administratief medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor diverse financiële taken en draag je bij aan het soepel verlopen van onze financiële processen. Je speelt zo een sleutelrol in ons team. Je werkt vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Kwintsheul. Werkzaamheden Als onderdeel van onze afdeling Finance voer jij de dagelijkse financieel administratieve taken uit. Hieronder vallen het verwerken van inkoop- en verkoopfacturen, bankafschriften en overige boekhoudkundige taken van onze verschillende business units. Je werkt in jouw functie samen met verschillende afdelingen binnen onze organisatie, zoals onze backoffice en stafafdelingen. Daarnaast heb je contact met externe partijen, waaronder klanten en leveranciers. Je zorgt hierbij voor een vlotte afhandeling van financiële processen. Ten slotte ondersteun jij jouw collega's bij het opstellen van financiële rapportages en overzichten en assisteer je bij audits en controles. 75% financiële taken 15% (intern) overleg 10% kwaliteitsmanagement Wie ben jij? Je hebt minimaal mbo + -niveau, bij voorkeur door een financiële opleiding. Daarnaast heb je enkele jaren relevante werkervaring op het gebied van financiële administratie. Ervaring met Exact Globe is een sterke pre. Je bent leergierig, werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een analytische blik. Je kunt goed samenwerken binnen een team, maar gaat ook graag zelfstandig aan de slag. Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands en Engels en je communiceert helder en duidelijk.
