Voor een onafhankelijke financiële speler in Antwerpen zoeken wij een Investment Operations Officer.

Een organisatie met een sterke reputatie binnen de wereld van beleggingen, effecten en vermogensbeheer. Vanuit een kleinschalig en gespecialiseerd team worden klanten begeleid bij hun financiële keuzes en worden operationele processen rond investeringen nauwgezet opgevolgd.

In deze rol krijg je de kans om diepgaande kennis op te bouwen van:

  • effecten;
  • financiële transacties & administratie;
  • beleggingsprocessen;
  • reconciliaties;
  • financiële controles.

Een ideale opportuniteit voor iemand die graag werkt met cijfers, nauwkeurigheid belangrijk vindt en zich verder wil ontwikkelen binnen de wereld van private banking en investeringen.

Jouw rol

Als Investment Operations Officer ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen de financiële en operationele werking.

Je zorgt ervoor dat processen rond beleggingen correct verlopen en dat financiële informatie betrouwbaar en nauwkeurig wordt opgevolgd.

Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren collega's die hun expertise graag delen en krijgt de ruimte om zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Financiële verwerking & controles

  • Opvolgen en controleren van financiële transacties
  • Verwerken en controleren van gegevens rond effecten en beleggingen
  • Uitvoeren van reconciliaties tussen verschillende systemen en financiële gegevens
  • Onderzoeken van afwijkingen en zorgen voor correcte opvolging

Investment operations

  • Ondersteunen van processen rond effectenadministratie
  • Opvolgen van dividenden, coupons, interesten en marktgegevens
  • Controleren van financiële informatie en rapporteringen
  • Meedenken over optimalisatie van processen

Groei & expertiseopbouw

Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om je verder te verdiepen in:

  • effectenboekhouding;
  • financiële markten;
  • regelgeving binnen een beursomgeving;
  • operationele processen binnen private banking.

Afhankelijk van jouw interesses en talenten kan je op termijn doorgroeien naar een rol met meer verantwoordelijkheid binnen de financiële werking.

Wie zoeken wij?

We zoeken geen puur technische specialist, maar vooral iemand met de juiste mindset.

Een persoon die:

  • graag nauwkeurig werkt;
  • energie haalt uit cijfers en controles;
  • al ervaring met financiële administratie en opvolging;
  • nieuwsgierig is naar de wereld van beleggingen;
  • verantwoordelijkheid wil opnemen;
  • graag bijleert in een gespecialiseerde omgeving.

Je beschikt idealiter over:

  • een financiële opleiding of relevante ervaring;
  • ervaring binnen finance, banking, verzekeringen, controlling of financiële administratie;
  • sterk analytisch vermogen;
  • een kritische en gestructureerde werkstijl.

Ervaring met effecten of private banking is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.

Belangrijker is jouw interesse in de sector en jouw vermogen om snel inzicht te krijgen in financiële processen.
