Zorg jij graag dat de financiële administratie tot in de puntjes klopt? Als financieel administratief medewerker bij gemeente Goirle speel je een belangrijke rol binnen team financiën. Je verwerkt facturen, houdt betalingen in de gaten en zorgt dat financiële gegevens compleet en betrouwbaar zijn.

Je werkt samen met verschillende afdelingen binnen de gemeente. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en overzicht verloopt de financiële administratie soepel.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

• Je verwerkt inkomende facturen en zorgt dat deze bij de juiste personen terechtkomen voor goedkeuring. • Je verzorgt de crediteuren- en debiteurenadministratie. • Je controleert of alle gegevens en documenten compleet zijn voordat betalingen plaatsvinden. • Je informeert collega's, management en externe partijen over betalingen, openstaande bedragen en betalingsregelingen. • Je levert financiële gegevens aan voor interne controles en periodieke overzichten. • Je signaleert afwijkingen en zorgt dat de financiële administratie op orde blijft.

Je werkt 20 uur per week in Goirle. Je start op 1 november 2026 en werkt tot en met 1 mei 2027. Je werkdagen zijn in overleg.

Functie-eisen: Jij werkt nauwkeurig, houdt van overzicht en hebt oog voor detail. Je vindt het leuk om met cijfers te werken en zoekt graag uit hoe iets zit. Ook ben je servicegericht, communiceer je duidelijk en ga je zorgvuldig om met financiële informatie.

Verder heb je:

• Een relevant diploma op minimaal mbo-niveau. • Kennis van en ervaring met Key2Finance, of je kunt dit programma snel leren gebruiken.
