The posting

Als financieel administratief medewerker bij het Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken zorg jij ervoor dat leveranciers over de hele wereld op tijd en correct betaald kunnen worden. Jij controleert financiële gegevens, ontdekt fouten en zorgt dat alles goed wordt vastgelegd in SAP.

Je werkt samen met collega's in Den Haag en op Nederlandse ambassades en consulaten in het buitenland. Omdat ieder land andere bankvoorwaarden heeft, is jouw werk afwisselend en uitdagend. Zie jij dat iets slimmer of beter kan? Dan denk je mee over het verbeteren van de werkprocessen.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

• Je controleert en verwerkt financiële gegevens en bankgegevens van leveranciers wereldwijd. • Je zorgt dat het leveranciersbestand in SAP volledig en actueel blijft. • Je controleert gegevens op fouten en zorgt dat deze worden opgelost. • Je houdt rekening met de verschillende bankvoorwaarden per land. • Je beantwoordt vragen van collega's en andere betrokkenen over leveranciersgegevens. • Je werkt samen met collega's in Den Haag en op ambassades en consulaten in het buitenland. • Je denkt mee over het verbeteren van administratieve processen.

Je werkt 36 uur per week in Den Haag. Je start op 2 november 2026 en werkt tot en met 30 juni 2027, met kans op verlenging.

Functie-eisen: Jij hebt oog voor detail en vindt het leuk om met financiële gegevens te werken. Een fout in een bankrekeningnummer? Die valt jou direct op. Je werkt nauwkeurig, houdt overzicht en kunt goed omgaan met tijdsdruk. Ook zoek je graag contact met collega's en vind je het leuk om samen problemen op te lossen. Met jouw analytische blik zie je snel wanneer gegevens niet kloppen.

Verder heb je:

• Minimaal een afgeronde mbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in een administratieve richting. • Minimaal een half jaar ervaring met financiële administratie of registratie. • Een uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
