Je komt terecht in een kleinschalig team van circa 12 collega's en werkt voor verschillende MKB-ondernemers uit Tilburg en omgeving. Als Financieel Administratief Medewerker MKB / Boekhouder zorg je ervoor dat de financiële administraties van klanten goed en op tijd worden verwerkt. Je bent niet alleen met cijfers bezig. Je hebt contact met klanten, beantwoordt vragen, controleert administraties, signaleert afwijkingen en denkt praktisch mee. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid die past bij jouw kennis en ervaring. Kun je al meer? Dan krijg je ook meer ruimte. Wil je juist verder groeien richting bijvoorbeeld het opstellen van jaarrekeningen? Ook daarvoor zijn er mogelijkheden. Functie Wat ga je doen? Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - verwerken en controleren van financiële administraties van MKB-ondernemers; - beheren van debiteuren- en crediteurenadministraties; - beantwoorden van financiële en administratieve vragen van klanten; - analyseren en controleren van grootboekposten; - verzorgen van maand- en kwartaalrapportages; - controleren en verwerken van gegevens en documenten in AFAS; - afhankelijk van jouw ervaring: ondersteunen bij en verder groeien richting het opstellen van jaarrekeningen. Je werkt zelfstandig aan administraties, maar kunt altijd terugvallen op ervaren collega's. Naarmate je kennis en ervaring toenemen, kun je steeds meer werkzaamheden zelfstandig oppakken.
