Je werkt accuraat en bent duidelijk omtrent informatie die je nodig hebt om onze praktijk soepel te laten draaien. Je houdt ervan dat de financiële en administratieve zaken op orde zijn en weet waar nodig anderen te motiveren om dit samen met jou te realiseren. Wat breng je mee? - Een hands-on mentaliteit - Collegialiteit - Communicatieve vaardigheden - Accuratesse - Digitale vaardigheid - De eigenschap om jezelf processen en systemen, snel eigen te maken - Ervaring met de financiële administratie binnen bij voorkeur een eerstelijns zorgomgeving is een grote pré Wat bieden wij? Een fijne werkomgeving op één van onze moderne fysiotherapiepraktijken in Twente (standplaats Enschede). Een hecht en betrokken team, met oog voor elkaar en onze patiënten. Een gedreven MT met blik op de toekomst en het bouwen aan onze praktijk(en), om samen een gezonde toekomst tegemoet te gaan. Een zelfstandige functie met verantwoordelijkheid, waar je veel contact hebt met interne klanten, onze patiënten, naasten en diverse stakeholders als bijv. de zorgverzekeraars. Mogelijkheden om jezelf persoonlijk en vakkundig te ontwikkelen. Jouw dag! Je zorgt voor een correcte verwerking van de inkoopfacturen en declaraties. Waar nodig neem je pro-actief contact op met patiënten en/of de zorgverzekeraar(s) wanneer bijv. facturen niet zijn betaald of administratieve basisgegevens onjuist zijn. Je ondersteunt bij het organiseren en uitvoeren van een breed pakket aan administratieve taken, zowel voor onze praktijken, fysiotherapeuten als voor het MT. Is jouw interesse gewekt?
