Met 140 winkels in Vlaanderen (Standaard Boekhandel) en een 40-tal in Wallonië (Librairie Club) zijn we een van de meest dynamische retailers van het land. Onze 600 specialisten zetten sterk in op persoonlijk advies en klantenbegeleiding waarbij de kwaliteit van ons winkelnetwerk cruciaal is. Naast het winkelnetwerk hebben we ons logistiek center SBL in Temse, van waar uit we onze winkels en klanten in Vlaanderen, Brussel en Wallonië beleveren en ons hoofdkantoor in Sint-Niklaas, van waaruit we onze werking ondersteunen met sterke, klantgerichte teams.

Ons Real Estate team zorgt voor de plekken waar onze winkels elke dag tot leven komen. Van het beheren van bestaande locaties tot verbouwingen, verhuizingen en nieuwe winkelpanden: het team creëert samen met interne en externe partners de juiste omgeving voor onze klanten en medewerkers.

Jobomschrijving

Jouw uitdaging

Als Administratief-financieel medewerker Vastgoedbeheer ondersteun je onze Real Estate afdeling bij de administratieve en financiële opvolging van ons vastgoed. Je zorgt ervoor dat huurcontracten, facturen, indexaties, budgetten en andere vastgoedgegevens correct verwerkt en opgevolgd worden. Zo ben je een belangrijke schakel in het vlotte beheer van onze vastgoedportefeuille.

Je krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket waarin administratie, financiën en vastgoed samenkomen. Concreet:

  • Je analyseert nieuwe huurcontracten en registreert de belangrijkste afspraken, voorwaarden en kosten, zodat alle informatie correct en overzichtelijk beschikbaar is voor verdere opvolging.
  • Je controleert huur- en huurkostfacturen en zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige financiële verwerking.
  • Je volgt indexaties en doorrekeningen op en zorgt ervoor dat deze correct worden toegepast en gecommuniceerd.
  • Je bezorgt verhuurders maandelijks de nodige omzetgegevens en jaarattesten in het kader van variabele huur.
  • Je bereidt aangifteformulieren voor belastingen voor en zorgt ervoor dat deze tijdig worden verstuurd.
  • Samen met de Real Estate Manager stel je budgetten voor huur en huurkosten op en volg je deze verder op.
  • Je onderhoudt contact met verhuurders en verzorgt de communicatie rond onder andere huurverlengingen en opzeggingen.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een aantoonbare boekhoudkundige of financiële achtergrond en bent administratief en cijfermatig sterk. Affiniteit met retail en/of vastgoed is een mooie plus.
  • Je bent sterk in het correct, nauwkeurig en volledig analyseren en verwerken van informatie, onder meer via Excel, waarin je doorgedreven kennis hebt opgebouwd.
  • Je communiceert vlot en servicegericht met interne en externe contacten, zowel in het Nederlands als Frans.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je taken, volgt dossiers consequent op en stelt je praktisch en oplossingsgericht op.
  • Je bent betrouwbaar en gaat zorgvuldig om met financiële en contractuele informatie.
