FINANCIEEL & ADMINISTRATIEF VERANTWOORDELIJKE (M/V/X)

Takenpakket

Als Financieel & Administratief Verantwoordelijke (M/V/X) sta je in voor het financieel beheer van de Groep Brille (8-tal bedrijven) met activiteiten in België/Frankrijk. Je takenpakket omhelst o.a.

  • Afsluiting jaarrekeningen in België en Frankrijk, opmaak dossiers voor accountant en revisor, incl. controles & indienen jaarrekeningen in Frankrijk.
  • Fiscale controles in België en Frankrijk, opvolging voorafbetalingen en vennootschapsbelasting.
  • Opvolging milieudossiers en uitbatingsvergunningen.
  • Behartigen juridische dossiers in België en Frankrijk (kapitaalsverhogingen, statutenwijzigingen, overnames aandelen, sociale wetgeving zoals controles arbeidsinspectie…).
  • Controle en opvolging lonen in België & Frankrijk: controle prestaties, aanvragen vrijstelling en afwijking uurregelingen, controle overuren en doorrekeningen, verlof…
  • Controle en opvolging verzekeringen.
  • Uitvoeren voorraad- en productiecontroles.
  • Relaties met banken, boekhoudkantoren, revisoren in België en Frankrijk.
  • Opvolging investeringsdossiers en aanvraag Europese steun.
  • Beheer beleggingen en liquiditeiten in diverse firma's.
  • Behandeling dossiers onroerende goederen, ook in Frankrijk.
  • Controle administratieve documenten met leveranciers/landbouwers: rendementsfiches, voorschotten, afrekeningen…
  • Opvolgen fiscale en sociale wetgeving in België/Frankrijk.
  • Diverse statistieken, KYC, …

Profiel

  • Bachelor/Master in Finance of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minstens 10-tal jaar bewezen expertise.
  • Goede kennis Nederlands/Frans en bereidheid om 4-5 dagen/maand te verplaatsen naar de Franse productiesite.
  • Kennis Franse sociale/fiscale/boekhoudwetgeving is een pluspunt.
  • Vlot in omgang met interne mensen, maar tegenover derden: klanten, leveranciers, banken, belastingdiensten, revisoren, externe accountants…
  • Het overzicht weten te bewaren en prioriteiten stellen waar nodig.
  • Analytisch sterk.
  • Goede IT-kennis.
