Als financieel adviseur beweeg je je in een dynamisch bestuurlijk speelveld en geef je vanuit een onafhankelijke positie samen met interne specialisten richting aan vraagstukken op het snijvlak van financiën, governance, risicobeheersing en publieke waardecreatie. Zo maak jij de provincie mooier, innovatiever en duurzamer Als financieel adviseur werk je op strategisch en tactisch niveau aan financiële vraagstukken die er écht toe doen. Je bent een belangrijke sparringpartner voor programmamanagement, directie en bestuur en adviseert over complexe dossiers met financiële, bestuurlijke en maatschappelijke impact. Je brengt verschillende belangen bij elkaar, ziet kansen en risico's en vertaalt complexe financiële vraagstukken naar concrete adviezen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Je analyseert en toetst businesscases binnen het provinciale investeringsbeleid. Denk aan participaties, leningen, garantstellingen, grond- en vastgoedexploitaties en erfpachtcontributies; - Je denkt mee over de juiste governance en over de manier waarop bestuurlijke en financiële verantwoordelijkheden het beste kunnen worden ingericht; - Je bereidt algemene vergaderingen van aandeelhouders zorgvuldig voor en houdt toezicht op de verstrekte geldleningen, borgstellingen en erfpachtcontributies van de Provincie; - Je ontwikkelt en actualiseert strategisch beleid voor het effectief en toekomstbestendig beheren van provinciale deelnemingen, verstrekte geldleningen en andere vorme...
